Meditation: Wash the Dishes like an Alpha

Sometimes it's not about your vibe when you're with your dog.  It's about the vibe that you bring to the mundane.  Here's my approach to doing the dishes.  This is especially great if you've had a turbulant day and you just want to 'soak' yourself in peace.
